First Love

Mountain biking was one of my first loves. It’s also been a lifelong love. The sport has brought me so much adventure and joy. I’ve biked in so many places. I’ve lived in places with little humble mountain bike trails and others with world class mountain bike trail networks. I have loved them all. The best trails are the ones out your front door. We are living a block from a mountain bike rental center (with lovely outdoor cafe) and heaps of trails out the front door!! Including some mighty fine single track and flow trails. Divine!! For biking, running and walking!!
More art seen out and about in Margaret River!! It is endless!! I am awake now!!
More scenes from Margaret River. The Australians sprinkle chocolate on all hot drinks from chai to cappuccino. Cow cuddling. That’s a first. But we missed it by a few months.
It is hard to describe how much Justin loves vegetables. It’s a deep love. Definitely not a first love :) given the stories of his childhood food preferences. Vegetables are like air to him. Access to great produce was challenging in (too) many places we’ve ventured. I’m proud of how he navigated this hardship. Joking and not joking. Kale fell off the radar for months and months. They are together again. His smile says it all. He’s definitely been reconnected with a long lost love.
Earrings to some. Comedy props to others.
Speaking of love. A lovers sunset stroll is always a good thing.

Justin came home hungry from a bike ride the other morning. And I was hungry. So we all piled into the truck (though I should say Ute) and drove to our favorite cafe by the coast. The portions are mighty and the food is delicious. Love.
